Rambutan
Rambutan
Rambutan, a tropical fruit native to Southeast Asia, is known for its unique and eye-catching appearance. The fruit is roughly the size of a golf ball and is covered in a vibrant red, orange, or yellow husk that is densely covered with soft, hair-like protrusions, giving it a somewhat spiky look. Beneath this intriguing exterior lies a translucent, white, or sometimes slightly pink flesh that is both sweet and tangy, with a subtle floral aroma. The flesh surrounds a single, large seed.
