What is your refund policy?
Due to the perishable nature of fruits, we do not accept refunds, but we will do our best to reimburse you should you be unsatisfied with your order. If there is an issue with your fruits (damaged, overripe, weight discrepancy), please send us pictures of the problem on the day the fruits are received, if it is a weight discrepancy, please make sure the picture shows the fruits on a scale. We will credit you if the problems are confirmed, either completely if the damage is our fault, or proportionally if there is a weight discrepancy. If the order shows delivered but you have not received it, please file a claim with the shipping provider and contact us afterwards.

My fruit isn't ripening properly?
If your fruit is not ripening as it should, please contact us with photos as soon as the issue is seen, that way we can help you in a timely manner and ensure that your fruits ripen properly and that you can enjoy them! If any issues with the fruit is confirmed on our end, we will replace said fruits and or refund you with store credit.

Why are your prices cheaper than other online fruit stores?
The reason why our fruits are cheaper than other online fruit stores is because we are shipping fruits to you directly from picked from the farms, our costs are much lower since we are the source, rather than a middleman or a reseller, this helps us guarantee our freshness as well as allowing us to minimize the costs for you, the consumer.
